Property vetting. Visits or verifies the property, checks the licence and the room or villa count, and records what the photographs leave out.
Availability and rates. Confirms live availability and the rate that will actually be charged, including taxes and service, before quoting.
Booking and payment. Sets out the deposit, balance and cancellation terms in writing and holds the reservation against them.
On-the-ground coordination. Arranges transfers, arrival timing and anything the property does not handle itself.
Fact checking. Checks seasons, access, distances and published prices against the property and official sources.

Why there are no names on this page

You will not find degrees, years of service or licence numbers on this page. Those are verifiable facts or they are decoration, and we are not willing to publish them as decoration. If it matters to you who is handling your file, ask. You will be told the name of the person on it and what they are responsible for, in writing, before you commit to anything.

What we publish, and how it is checked
