Data we collect

When you contact us: name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size, and any specific requirements you share. We collect this only to respond to your enquiry. Ministry of Tourism

When you visit our site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source — collected via standard server logs and Google Analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising tracking.

How we use it

To respond to your trip enquiry, send you a quote, and (if you book) coordinate logistics. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. We share necessary information with our ground operations team and (if you book) with hotel/transport partners — limited to what’s needed to deliver your trip.

Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months after last contact, then anonymized. Booking data is retained for 7 years per Indonesian tax regulations.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, or deletion at any time. Email bd@juaraholding.com with subject “GDPR Request” or “Data Request”. We respond within 14 days.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you are a parent and believe your child has contacted us, email us and we will delete their data.
